 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. July 27, 2020 (commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 05:45 p.m.) has declared interim dividend of Rs. 2.30/- (Rupees Two and Thirty Paise Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-2021. Also in terms of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Board has fixed Thursday, August 6, 2020, as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of interim dividend. The payment of interim dividend will be done on or before August 26, 2020.
