Upon receipt of relevant papers and documents executed by them, the Company has issued on 13.01.2020 the duplicate share certificates in lieu of original share certificates reported lost, as per the particulars furnished in the enclosed statement.  Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Company has received Demand Notice from Office of Controller of Communication Accounts, Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, Gujarat Telecom Circle, Ahmedabad vide its letter No. CCA/GUJ/UL/LF/GNFC/2009-10/73/1198 dated 23rd December, 2019, which was received by Company on 27th December, 2019, directing Company to deposit total outstanding amount of Rs.15019,97,48,444/- (Fifteen Thousand Nineteen Crore Ninety Seven Lacs forty eight thousand four hundred forty four only) (inclusive of interest amount) before 23rd January, 2020, in respect of financial years from 2005-06 to 2018-19 in connection with V-SAT & ISP Licenses held by Company.The Company is presently examining said Demand Notice and judgement of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by seeking expert legal advice in the matter. Based on legal advice, Company will decide future course of actions in subject matter.
