 Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we hereby inform that due to prevailing challenging external environment and market conditions of TDI, the company has advanced its planned shutdown by around 3 weeks by temporarily suspending the production of TDI at its TDI-II plant at Dahej and the said plant will remain under shutdown from today's evening i.e. 27th December, 2019 to 15th January, 2020. We shall inform the Exchange, once the operations of TDI-II plant resumes after the scheduled maintenance. We request you to kindly take note of the above. This is issued in the interest of investors to appraise the position.
