 Further to our Letter of even reference dated 25-06-2020, intimating the postponement of Board Meeting and pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) and (e) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we hereby inform that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the 10-07-2020, inter-alia, to consider: Approval of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the 4th Qtr. and FY ended 31-03-2020; and Recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the FY ended 31-03-2020. Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company, "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code and will now re-open after 48 hours of Declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of Company by the Board of Directors of the Company, for the 1st Qtr. ended 30-06-2020 of FY 2020-21.

Consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2020; 2.Recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020. In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we have vide our letter dated 28th March, 2020 informed that 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, from 1st April, 2020.
