Consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2020; and 2. Recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2020. In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we have vide our letter dated 28th March, 2020 informed that 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code, from Wednesday, 1st April, 2020. Since the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 26th June, 2020 for considering Audited Financial Results and recommendation of Dividend, if any, the Trading Window will remain closed up to Sunday, 28th June, 2020 and shall reopen on Monday, 29th June, 2020.
