LIC/SE/2023-24/152 dated January 03,2024 this is to inform that LICI ("the Corporation") gas filed an appeal before Commissioner (Appeals), Dehradun on March 26, 2024 against the order issued by Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Dehradun, vide ref. no. ZD051223030942S which was received on December 31, 2023. Appeal has been filed against the order demanding GST of Rs. 3,89,25,914/- for FY 2017-18 and interest applicable on it along with penalty of Rs. 38,92,592/-.
