National Highways Infra Trust - 543385 - Valuation Report And Net Asset Value Of National Highways Infra Trust (NHAI Invit) For The Financial Year Ended 31St March, 2023
1. Pursuant to Regulation 21(6) of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time read with circulars and guidelines issued thereunder valuation Report as prepared by independent valuer, RBSA Valuation Advisors LLP for the period ended 31st March, 2023. The Valuation Report provides the valuation of the assets of the trust as Rs. 11,260.20 Crores (Equity valuation of Rs.1,956.17 Crores). 2. Pursuant to Regulation 10(21) of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time read with circulars and guidelines issued thereunder, the NAV of NHAI InvIT as of 31st March, 2023 as computed by the management based on the Valuation Report issued by Valuer is Rs.118.13 per unit. However, factoring in the approved distribution of Rs.116.47 Crores the NAV as computed by the management, based on the Valuation Report issued by the Valuer would be Rs.116.52 per unit.07-06-2023
National Highways Infra Trust - 543385 - Payment Of Distribution To Unitholders
Further to the intimation vide our letter dated 22nd May 2023 wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors ('Board') of National Highways Infra Investment Managers Private Limited (acting in the capacity of Investment Manager to National Highways Infra Trust (NHAI InvIT)) at its meeting held on 22nd May 2023 declared Distribution for the quarter ended 31st March 2023. It was informed that the record date for this distribution will be 24th May 2023 and payment will be made within 15 days from the date of declaration. Based on the said declaration of distribution by the Board of Investment Manager of Rs. 1.6035 per unit for the quarter ended 31st March 2023 at Trust level (subject to applicable withholding taxes if any), the distributions have been completed by 2nd June 2023 to the unit holders.05-06-2023
