 Tower Infrastructure Trusthas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/06/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Information of the Trust for the year ended March 31, 2021 and the Standalone and Consolidated Results of the Trust for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2021 ('Financials Results'). Please note that in compliance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 and SEBI Circular dated May 14, 2021, the aforesaid Board Meeting will be held on Monday, June 7, 2021, to approve and take on record the Financial Results. Further, with reference to the letter dated May 26, 2021, regarding the closure of trading window in terms of the Policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and dealing in Units by the Parties to Tower Infrastructure Trust, kindly note that the trading window for dealing in the units of the Trust is closed for Designated Persons w.e.f. April 1, 2021 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the aforesaid Financial Results.
