 In terms of the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, this is to inform you that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Unitholders of Tower Infrastructure Trust ('Trust') is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Notice of the EGM dated April 14, 2021 has been sent to all the Unitholders of the Trust through electronic mode on April 20, 2021 by Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited (formerly known as WIP (India) Private Limited), acting in its capacity as the Investment Manager of the Trust. The said EGM notice is also uploaded on the website of the Trust at www.towerinfratrust.com.
