 Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/IMD/DF/127/2016 dated November 29, 2016, kindly note the below disclosures with respect to the rights issue and preferential issue by Data Infrastructure Trust (formerly known as Tower Infrastructure Trust) ('Trust'). The funds raised by the Trust through issuance of units by way of rights issue on March 3, 2022 have been fully utilized towards the objects stated in the Letter of Offer ('LOF') dated February 18, 2022. Further, we confirm that there was no deviation/variation between the projected utilisation of the funds as indicated in the LOF and the actual utilisation thereof. Please note that the Trust, on March 8, 2022, had issued units on preferential basis for consideration other than cash. Accordingly, no funds have been raised by the Trust for the same.
