 With reference to our intimation dated July 20, 2021, it was informed that Data Infrastructure Trust (formerly known as Tower Infrastructure Trust) ('Trust') has entered into the securities purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% paid-up equity share capital of Space Teleinfra Private Limited ('STPL'). Further to the said intimation and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 and other applicable laws and regulations, this is to inform you that the Trust has completed the acquisition of 100% paid-up equity share capital of STPL as on March 10, 2022. The disclosure of the investment is enclosed hereto as Annexure A in the enclosed letter.

Ltd., on March 8, 2022, regarding acquisition of units of the Trust. Please note that the rights units have been allotted on March 3, 2022. However, the listing and trading approval was received by the Trust on March 4, 2022 effective March 7, 2022.  Pursuant to applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time read with circulars and guidelines issued thereunder ('SEBI InvIT Regulations'), we hereby inform you that the Data InvIT Committee of the Board of Directors ('Committee') of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited, acting in the capacity of Investment Manager to Data Infrastructure Trust ('Trust'), on March 3, 2022 considered and approved in accordance with the Letter of Offer dated February 18, 2022 and the Basis of Allotment finalised in consultation with the lead manager, the registrar to the rights issue and BSE Limited, the designated stock exchange for the rights issue, allotment of 2,87,00,000 Rights Units to the eligible unitholders of the Trust for cash at a price of Rs. 110.46 per unit aggregating to approximately Rs. 3,170.20 million.
