CIR/IMD/DF/127/2016 dated November 29, 2016 and SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS_Div3/P/CIR/2021/600 dated July 22, 2021, we are enclosing herewith the Statement of Investor Complaints from April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022 for Data Infrastructure Trust (formerly known as Tower Infrastructure Trust) ('Trust'), issued by KFin Technologies Private Limited (formerly known as Karvy Fintech Private Limited), Registrar & Transfer Agent of the Trust.
