 Further, to our Intimation dated 17th September, 2020 on the captioned subject, we wish to further inform you that Mrs. Archana Gadodia, Promoter of Scan Steels Limited has acquired 1782275 (3.40%) Equity Shares of the Company by way of purchase from Mr. Nimish Gadodia, Promoter of the Company through an Inter-se transfer of shares in terms of Regulation 10 (1) (a) (ii) read with Regulation 10 (1) (a) (i) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011 as per Gift Deed through an off-Market transaction amongst Promoters. The aggregate holding of Promoter and Promoter Group before and after the above 'Inter Se' transfer, remains the same.
