Further, to our Intimation dated 28th January, 2020 on the captioned subject, we wish to further inform you that, we have initiated remittance of sum of Rs. 21,13,399/- towards penalty levied on us against Adjudication order bearing ref no : Order/KS/AA/2019-20/6513 dated January 23, 2020 in the matter of Trading in Illiquid Stock Options on BSE. including interest as per our calculation from the date of order @12 % p.a vide Demand Draft no 048400 dated 12/02/2021 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Master canteen, Station Square, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Pls. be Noted that We reiterate that a penalty of Rs. 18,80,000/- was levied on us as per the aforesaid order, for which we had preferred Appeal before Hon'ble SAT and the remittance of Rs 21,13,399/- by us is without prejudice and not to be deemed as admission in any manner by us. The decision of Hon'ble SAT is awaited in the appeal filed by us and shall not prejudice our rights in any manner whatsoever.
