 Pursuant to the regulations 8 and 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI PIT Regulations'), the Pipeline InvIT Committee of the Board of Directors of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited, acting in its capacity as the Investment Manager of India Infrastructure Trust ('Trust'), vide its resolution dated August 13, 2021, have approved and adopted the 'Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading' including the 'Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' ('Code') for the Trust.
