 With reference to our above captioned intimation dated July 2, 2021, it is requested to read the entire information therein as under: 'Please note that Mr. Rishi Tibriwal (holding Director Identification No.: 08662320), Non-executive Director, has resigned from the Board of Brookfield India Infrastructure Manager Private Limited ('Company'), Investment Manager of India Infrastructure Trust, w.e.f. June 30, 2021, due to his pre-occupancy. Further, the Board of Directors, vide its circular resolution dated June 30, 2021, have approved the appointment of Mr. Darshan Vora (holding Director Identification No.: 09212155) as a Non-executive Director w.e.f. July 1, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.' We very much regret for the inconvenience caused.
