We refer our letter dated March 26, 2020, regarding closure of operations at Vatva and Chhatral units of our Company due to outbreak of COVID, 19 pandemic and would like to update that the operations at our Chhatral Unit/Plant has been resumed on April 25, 2020, in accordance with the directions and approvals/permissions received from concerned Authorities/District administration vide its letter dated April 22, 2020. The Company has taken necessary safety measures by keeping in view the health and well-being of all workers /employees and put systems in place to comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for social distancing as per Order and directions issued by local authorities. Considering the prevailing uncertainties, it is difficult at this point to ascertain the impact of disruption in our operations caused by COVID-19.
