Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the Company has taken appropriate measures (including work from home) to ensure safety and health of all our employees and ensuring due compliance with various directives issued by the State /Central Govt. of India. Further, in view of the lockdown in all the Towns/Cities/States across the country and in compliance with directives issued by the State/Central Govt. of India, operations at Vatva and Chhatral units and working of various regional offices will remain closed till April 14, 2020 and further lock-down period, if any, will be in accordance with the directives of State and Central Governments. Given the uncertainty around the situation, it is difficult to ascertain the impact of the pandemic (COVID-19) on the business operations of the Company at this point of time.
