 Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-clause (7A) of Clause A in Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 we hereby inform you that M/s. Niraj D. Adatia & Associates, statutory auditors of the Company have tendered their resignation dated, July 31, 2020 as the statutory auditors of the Company for the financial year ending on March 31, 2021, due to reason mentioned in enclosed resignation letter. The said resignation shall be effective post issuance of Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 2020. As the said resignation letter has been received by the Company after the conclusion of Board meeting held on July 31, 2020, the Board of Directors shall consider matter relating to resignation of M/s. Niraj D. Adatia & Associates and appointment of new Auditors in its place in ensuing Board meeting and will inform the stake holders accordingly. Kindly take the same on record.

 We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Manoj Lalchand Lodha (DIN: 07349179) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) of the Company w.e.f. July 31, 2020. He holds office till the end of ensuing Annual General Meeting where his appointment will be placed for approval of members of the Company.
