 Subsequent to submission of financials with this exchange, we have noticed minor error in the financial statement which does not have any material impact in the financial statements. In fact, there is no change in the subtotal figures, total figure of the balance sheet and profit & loss account statements. Further, it may be noted that there is Board approval to carry out any changes/modifications or other mistakes if any in the accounts which has no significant impact on the financial results. Accordingly, the minor mistake in the financial statements was rectified.
