 In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A & Para. B of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with Stock Exchanges, corporate announcement/intimation is hereby given that HOCL Kochi plant will be temporarily shutdown from 01.04.2022 to 10.04.2022 due to the below mentioned reason. HOCL, Kochi unit in the state of Kerala (Phenol Complex) is the only manufacturing unit which is engaged in manufacturing of Phenol, Acetone, Hydrogen Peroxide. One of the major raw material for Phenol manufacturing is LPG. LPG is supplied by M/s. BPCL through pipelines. M/s. BPCL has planned a statutory hydrotesting of the LPG supply and return lines from 01.04.2022 to 10.04.2022. During this period HOCL Kochi plant will be temporarily shutdown.
