Further to our intimation dated 25th March, 2020, we wish to submit that as per directives of Central Government, Management has reviewed the plant start-up of Fertilizers manufacturing plants at Baroda Unit and Sikka Unit. The details of such major plants are given herein below with its scheduled startup date. 1) Ammonia-IV plant will begin its start-up activities after from 6/4/2020 (Monday). Plant will run at @ 55% load. 2) Urea-II plant will start on 10/4/2020 and will start producing Urea by 11/4/2020 at partial load. The plant will be loaded up gradually to 100%. 3) Ammonium Sulphate -1 plant will start its operation on 11/4/2020 and will start producing Ammonium sulphate at desired capacity.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to intimate you that with a view to take preventive measures in line with the announcement made by the Hon. Prime Minister yesterday during his address to the nation that the entire country shall be locked down for a period of three weeks form the mid night of 24.03.2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic/epidemic and this being the decision/directive of the Central Government, it has been decided by the Management to completely shut down all its plants and facilities situated at its Vadodara Unit and Sikka Unit with immediate effect till the national lock down is in force i.e. for three weeks from the midnight of 24.03.2020. It may be noted that this is being resorted to also with a view to ensure the safety and health of the Company employees and their families and as a part of Nation's fight against Corona Virus.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, we wish to intimate you that with a view to take preventive measures in line with the decisions of the State Government, it has been decided by GSFC Management to shut down the operations of some of its plants at Vadodara Unit, namely Urea-I, Ammonia-III, Ammonium Sulphate-I, Melamine-II, Hx Crystal, MEK Oxime, WSF, SAG, Liquid Bio-fertilizer and laboratories of Tissue Culture and Soil Testing. The Phosphoric Acid and Ammonium Phosphate Sulphate (APS) plants will be operated at 50% capacity.Further, all the plants at Sikka Unit (District Jamnagar) have been completely shut down. The restarting of the plants which have been shut down shall be decided on 31-03-2020 based on the overall situation and the policy of the State Government.
