GUJARAT STATE FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS LTD. - 500690 - Intimation About Book Closure And Dividend Payment Date- Reg. 42 Of SEBI Listing Regulations

 We would like to inform that the 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 30th September, 2020 at 10.30 a.m. through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday the 16th September, 2020 to Wednesday the 30th September, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement for payment of dividend. Dividend upon its declaration at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid @ Rs.1.20 per equity shares of the Company on and from 12th October, 2020 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on the Book Closure Date.
