 Please take note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27th May, 2021, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs.2.20 per Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up (i.e. 110 %) for the year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting. Upon approval of shareholders, the dividend declared will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The date of Annual General Meeting, Book Closure Date and Dividend Payment Date will be intimated in due course.
