Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd - 500690 - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Date of payment of Dividend

 We would like to inform that the 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 27th September, 2021 at 15.30 hrs. through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Monday the 13th September, 2021 to Monday the 27th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the entitlement for payment of dividend. Dividend upon its declaration at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid @ Rs.2.20 per equity shares of the Company on or after 8th October, 2021 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company on the Book Closure Date.
