The Buyback was commenced on November 26, 2018 in accordance with the procedure provided in the Buyback Regulations. In this regard, please be informed that the Company has bought back 19,80,000 Equity Shares at an average price of INR 89.0667 per Equity Share. Accordingly, the Company deployed INR17,63,52,137.07 (Rupees Seventeen Crores Sixty Three Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty Seven and Seven Paise only) (excluding Transaction Costs), which represents approximately 98.96% of the Maximum Buyback Size. Consequently, the Company announces the closure of the Buyback with effect from today, i.e., December 17, 2018 For details of the pre and post Buyback shareholding pattern of the Company, please see Annexure.
