The Buyback commenced on February 25, 2020 ('Commencement Date') in accordance with the procedure provided in the Buyback Regulations. In this regard, please be informed that the Company has bought back 7,91,073 Equity Shares at an average price of Rs.156.0365 per Equity Share. Accordingly, the Company has deployed an amount of Rs.12,34,36,288/- (Rupees Twelve Crores Thirty Four Lakhs Thirty Six Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Eight only) (excluding Transaction Costs), which represents approximately 99.79352532% of the Maximum Buyback Size with a balance of approximately Rs.2,55,392/- (Rupees Two Lakhs fifty five thousand three hundred and ninety two only).
