 Please take note that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. Monday, May 09, 2022, approved the following matters: 1. The Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) ('Results') for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the signed Results along with Auditors Report and declaration in respect of Audit Report with unmodified opinion under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations is attached herewith. Please also find attached copy of the press release on the Results. 2. Declared Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 5/- (250%) per equity share on 18,73,68,673 equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend, upon approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid to eligible shareholders.
