Scrum Master

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with 3 years of experience in facilitating Agile practices and ensuring successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate must also possess hands-on experience with Laravel, enabling them to collaborate effectively with development teams and understand technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a servant-leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
2. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
3. Ensure timely delivery of sprints and monitor progress toward achieving goals.
4. Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best Agile practices.
6. Provide guidance to the team on Agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum framework.
7. Assist in the creation of comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
8. Work closely with developers to understand Laravel-specific project requirements and resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
2. Technical Expertise:
3. Hands-on experience in Laravel (understanding frameworks, project structures, and development practices).
4. Basic understanding of PHP and web development processes is a plus.
5. Proven ability to lead teams and facilitate Agile processes.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
2. Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools.
3. Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe).
4. Familiarity with APIs and modern web technologies.
