IPO Objectives
1. Our Company proposes to utilize the funds which are being raised through the Fresh Issue, up to ? [?] lakhs, after deducting the Offer related expenses to the extent payable by our Company with respect to the Fresh Issue, towards funding the following objects: 1) Funding to meet working capital requirements; 2) Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full or part, of borrowing availed by our Company; 3) Funding Capital Expenditure towards purchase of additional plant & machinery; and 4) General Corporate Purpose.
