You acknowledge and confirm that the information provided in your account application is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief. In case any of the specified information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, you are aware that you are only liable for it. In case of any change in your FATCA status on a future date, you undertake to inform Bonanza Portfolio Limited about the same within 30 calendar days.
