Roles and Responsibilities

• Dealing in NSE, BSE Cash and FnO segment, commodity and currency segment
• Handling high-volume Inbound calls for order execution
• Outbound calls for the Activation of broking customers, cross-sell, and upselling of other financial products
• Service calls to existing clients for Platform demos, resolution of queries, and other trading-related issues.
• Communication with clients about research calls, upcoming IPOs, NFOs, etc
• Excellent Knowledge of the Capital Market and good speed in executing trades

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent Knowledge of the Capital Market and good speed in executing trades.
• Strong focus on client acquisition, and client servicing with good sales acumen
•  Excellent Networking skills for new business development
