ORIENT GREEN POWER COMPANY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/11/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our intimation dated October 20, 2023 regarding, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 01, 2023, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2023, we wish to inform you that, in the same meeting the Board may also consider a proposal to issue Equity Shares to existing Shareholders of the Company on Rights Basis, as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such Regulatory/Statutory Approvals, as may be required. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window. Accordingly, the trading window has already closed for 'designated persons' from 01st October, 2023 and shall continue to remain closed for all designated persons/insiders of the Company, till November 03, 202326-10-2023
