Sundar, Srini & Sridhar, Internal Auditor of the Company has expressed their intent to resign as Internal Auditors of the Company effective from the conclusion of the Board meeting held on 20th May 2022. The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company have taken note of this letter of intent at their respective meetings held on 20th May 2022.
