Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-para 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Wednesday, 02nd November, 2022 have considered and approved the following: 1. Re-appointment of M/s. Mehta & Mehta, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of 1 year with effect from 1st January, 2023 to 31st December, 2023. 2. Re-appointment of M/s Dhananjay V. Joshi & Associates, as the Cost Auditors of the Company for a period of 1 year with effect from 1st January, 2023 to 31st December, 2023 3.
