Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that: 1. The Audit Committee has deferred the Quarterly and Half yearly Unaudited financial results ended on 30th September, 2023, for its discussion and consideration due to incomplete/ shortfall of information and therefore, did not recommend the same to the Board of Directors of the Company. And hence, the Board did not consider for the approval of the same. 2.
