 Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their Immediate Relatives covered under the Code of Conduct of the Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2022. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 will be informed in due course.

 With reference to subject matter, we hereby inform you that the Commercial Production at the Company plant at Phase II, Village - Vadavala, Taluka - Savli, Vadodara - 391520 for manufacturing Cables and Conductors, commenced from 26th December, 2022 after successful installation of Power Supply from the Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited. After successful completion of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) commenced from April, 2018, the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench has issued the final order on 20th June, 2022 and the new Board of Directors was constituted on 17th September, 2022. After CIRP, this is first time that Company has commenced its Commercial production.
