The Company had sought approval of the Members of the Company for re-appointment of Mr. Bimal R. Thakkar (DIN: 00087404) as the 'Chairman, Managing Director & CEO' of the Company for a term of 5 years w.e.f 1st October, 2023 and payment of remuneration as per the currently approved limits for a period of 3 years w.e.f. 1st October, 2023, through Postal Ballot.
