 Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Regulation and Disclosure requirement), regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Hon''ble NCLT, New Delhi bench vide its order dated 28.07.2023 pronounced on 01.08.2023 has admitted the application filed by Canara Bank (Financial Creditor) and according the CIRP has commenced of the company w.e.f. 28.07.2023. Furthermore, Hon''ble NCLT, New Delhi bench has also approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Maini as the Interim resolution Professional (IRP) to conduct the CIRP of the Company.
