In compliance with Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 13th February, 2023, to inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022. Further, as intimated earlier vide our letter dated 31st December, 2022, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders, the 'Trading Window' which has been closed from 01st January, 2023 shall remain closed till 15th February, 2023 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the results to the stock exchanges.06-02-2023
