 Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Company''s 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons', the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain be closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended 31st December, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the Stock Exchanges.
