With reference to the captioned matter, we would like to state that pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR') the Company is required to approve its Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022 within 60 days from the end of financial year. However, due to problem in the server our software is not working. Owing to the said problem, information duly prepared for the financial results is not accessible to the accounts department and accordingly, it seems difficult to meet the deadline26-05-2022
