 We would like to inform you that the Hon'ble NCLT Bench, Chennai ('NCLT') has approved the Scheme of Reduction of Share Capital pursuant to section 66 of the companies Act 2013 and other applicable provisions of the companies Act 2013, vide its order dated 10th May 2023 ('Order'), as uploaded on the website of the Hon'ble NCLT on 12th May 2023. A certified copy of the Order is awaited. We shall share a certified copy of the Order of the NCLT once received.
