 Dear Sir This is in continuation to the disclosure made on February 10, 2022 w.r.t splitting of position of Chairman and Managing Director of the Company in terms of Regulation 17 (1B) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 wherein the Board of Directors had appointed Mr. Niten Malhan, Non-executive Independent Director as Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Company w.e.f 1st April, 2022 in place of Mr. Patanjali Govind Keswani.
