The hotel is expected to be operational by April, 2024. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the Company will be operating this hotel.  Dear Sir This is in continuation to the disclosure made on May 30, 2020, June 12, 2020 and June 22, 2020 under Regulation 30(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t allotment of 53,76,340 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares ('CCPS') of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 315.50 per share for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 174,99,98,670/- on June 22, 2020 by Fleur Hotels Private Limited ('FHPL') which is a material subsidiary of the Company to APG Strategic Real Estate Pool N.V ('APG') which were convertible into equity shares at the end of 30 (thirty) months from the date of allotment. In this regard, we would like to inform that after taking requisite approvals today, the date of conversion of CCPS has been amended and CCPS which were earlier convertible on December 21, 2022 (i.e on the expiry of 30 months from the date of allotment i.e. June 22, 2020) shall now be converted on or before June 30, 2023.
