In continuation to the disclosure given on May 31, 2023 under Regulation 30(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t the transaction approved by the Board of Directors for acquisition of 967,200 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares ("CCPS") of Fleur Hotels Private Limited (herein after as "Fleur") from the APG Strategic Real Estate Pool N.V, existing shareholder subject to necessary formalities and execution of documentation in this regard, we would like to further update that the Company has executed Securities Purchase Agreement("SPA") for acquisition of CCPS with APG Strategic Real Estate Pool N.V and Fleur on July 3, 2023. In terms of the SPA, the company shall complete the acquisition of CCPS on or before July 30, 2023.
