 In light of the ongoing Novel Corona virus (COVID-19) in India the advisories issued by the BMC, State Government, Central Government and local bodies, to avoid the spread of the COVID''19 virus and with a view to ensure health, safety and welfare of the employees of the Company, we have already implemented work from home for all our office employees to minimise the risk of Covid-19. We would also like to inform that Company has taken various measures to ensure safety and well-being of all its employees and the Company strictly follows the health guidelines issued by Government. The Company shall resume working from the office as soon as the situation permits.

 This is with reference to your email dated 27th March, 2020 vide ref no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/SIS/ 2019-2020 /1241 seeking clarification on the current price movement in the share price of the Company. In this regards, we wish to inform you that all the material information/ announcement that may have bearing on the operations/ performance of the Company which include all the necessary disclosures in accordance with regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 have at all times been disclosed by the Company within stipulated time. There is no pending information or announcement which have a bearing on price movement of the Company. The Company shall continue to make all the applicable disclosures within the stipulated time. Therefore, the movement in the share price of the company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and the Company is in no way connected with any such movement in price.

 This is further to our letter dated 26th February, 2020 regarding the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Members of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26th March, 2020 (EGM). Consequent to the rapidly developing spread of Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in India, the advisories issued by the BMC, State Government, Central Government to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus including avoiding social gatherings and with a view to ensure health, safety and welfare of all stakeholders and in public interest, the Board has, vide its Circular Resolution passed today i.e. on 20th March, 2020, decided to cancel the said EGM scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26th March, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. In view of the above, the e-voting facility provided by the Company for voting on the businesses mentioned in the said Notice would also stand cancelled.
