 Pursuant to applicable Regulations of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015, including Regulation 30, this is to inform you that Un-audited financial results, both standalone and consolidated, for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, have been signed by the Resolution Professional while exercising the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company which has been conferred upon him in terms of the provisions of Section 17 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and by the CEO of Siti Networks Limited. Please find enclosed herewith the Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2023, as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015 along with the Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditor, on the Standalone and Consolidated Results.

 This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities ("Company''s Insider Trading Code"), In connection with the Un-Audited Financial Results for the second quarter of financial year 2023-24 and half year ending on September 30, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as "Un-Audited Financial Results"), the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company from October 1, 2023 and the same shall remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of In-Audited Financial Results. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
