Refer our communication dated 24th September 2022 reporting successful implementation of the Resolution Plan under RBI Guidelines dated 7th June 2019. The Company has been receiving support of the Lenders after implementation. During the first quarter ended December, 2022 after implementation of the Resolution Plan, the Company has serviced all its lenders on time and accordingly there are no over dues to any of the lenders.
