 With reference to the above captioned matter, we would like to inform you that the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives from Oct 1st, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the result.  This is to inform that due to cyclonic effect the power supply had been disrupted due to severe damage to power supply line, added to it there is heavy rainfall resulting in heavy flooding. Also yesterday afternoon there was an earthquake felt by the factory staff. Needless to say that all these are affecting the company's operation and also posing hindrance in restoring the power.
